Plug in the USB cable that came with your Kobo. When the "Computer detected" window appears on your Kobo, tap Connect.
Drag the EPUB onto your Kobo
A drive named KOBOeReader will show up on your computer. Drag the EPUB file you downloaded straight into it, then safely eject the drive.
No cable handy? Install the Kobo Desktop app — it can transfer the EPUB to your Kobo over the same Wi-Fi network, no cable needed.

Reconnect your Kobo to Wi-Fi and it'll add the book to your library automatically. If it doesn't show up right away, tap the sync icon on your Kobo's home screen.
